Where stored

Database and file storage on Supabase Frankfurt (Germany). Application hosting on Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany / EU data centres), encrypted at rest. AI processing (OpenAI Whisper, Anthropic Claude) in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses + EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

WhatsApp consent

No cold outreach. The narrating person contacts Leyla first. Voice messages are processed only after consent_status = given. STOP at any time to opt out.
