Trust & Privacy

Family memories are sensitive. We treat them that way too.

Voices, photos and family stories are among the most personal data a person can share. Aile Hafızası is designed from the start to keep this data private — not secured as an afterthought.

What technically backs the trust

Concrete and verifiable — no marketing phrases.

Server location EU/Germany

Database, storage and application servers run in the EU (Frankfurt, DE). For transcription, AI and payments we use vetted services — all listed in the privacy policy sub-processor directory.

Encrypted transfer & storage

TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest. Voice messages, photos and transcripts are never stored unencrypted.

Row-level security

Every record is bound to your archive at database level — other families see nothing, not even by accident.

No voice cloning, no AI avatar

Original voices are not used for training, not synthesised, not imitated. Aile Hafızası does not invent voices.

No invented memories

AI helps with sorting, tagging and translating — but it does not invent stories, names or dates.

No ads, no data sharing

Data is used exclusively for your archive. No ad networks, no sale, no profiling.

GDPR-compliant data export

One click and you get a full JSON export of your data. Download anytime — no wait, no justification needed.

Right to deletion

You can have your archive fully deleted. Active data is removed immediately, backups within 30 days.

Clear sub-processor list

We transparently list every external service processing your data (hosting, auth, transcription, translation) with purpose and location.

Stories about people who can no longer answer, too.

When your father tells the story of his late grandfather, his voice is preserved as the source — and the memory can still be linked to the grandfather's profile. Aile Hafızası invents neither voices nor stories.
