What is a narrator?
A narrator is a person whose voice and memories are collected — for example Dede, Nine, mother or father.
What's the difference between narrators and family tree people?
Narrators send or answer voice messages. Family tree people only appear in the tree and need no login.
Can family members view the archive?
Yes, depending on plan you can invite family members. They only see the private archive you give them access to.
Can I export my data?
Yes. JSON data export is included in all plans. Memory book PDF, audio ZIP and full archive export are included depending on plan.
Are original audios preserved?
Yes. Original voice messages stay unchanged. Transcripts and summaries are added on top.
What does the Legacy Package include?
Higher limits, personal guidance during setup, priority processing and long-term backup beyond the standard term. Designed for larger family archives.
