Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Aile Hafızası, address see imprint, email: hallo@ailehafizasi.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). Sending the withdrawal statement in time is sufficient to keep the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your withdrawal statement. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Expiry of withdrawal for digital content

For a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun executing the contract after you have

1. expressly agreed that we begin executing the contract before the withdrawal period ends, and
2. confirmed your awareness that, by giving consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once execution begins.

We obtain this explicit consent at checkout via a mandatory checkbox. Only then do we begin activating your archive, sending the first WhatsApp question and processing incoming voice messages.
